The most interesting this about this shot is that it is taken into the sunlight; something that is very hard to expose properly. In fact, shooting into the sunlight was almost unheard of in the days of film because of how risky the timing was. So, that’s point number one: interesting POV/angle with the sun/ lighting/ all that jazz. Secondly, I like the great crispness of the landscape and the muted colors. Third, I love the deepening blue of the sky. Polarizers are my favorite filters for this effect, and these hues really draw me in. Thank you for sharing Gregor, congratulations. Happy holidays to all!
