As most of you know, having photography as your hobby can cost you quite a lot of money. Most camera companies overcharge on almost all of their products, however, there are a few inexpensive gems that can be found. The Canon RS-60E3 remote is one of those gems.
This remote is great. It feels very sturdy, it offers a locking feature for your bulb exposure mode, and you can press it done halfway to focus. It has chiseled grooves on the sides of the remote to wrap your wire up nicely. Overall, it is a quality remote for a great price. There isn’t much to say about this product except that the only way it could be improved is if it were wireless. (Even though for my personal uses I wouldn’t actually require that feature.) This product is absolutely necessary for your long exposure shots, as it completely gets rid of the vibrations in your tripod from hand shake and shutter button pressing.
- Sturdy Construction
- Not wireless (if you need to activate the shutter from a farther distance)
- (…on that note) the wire is short
